Imposter Syndrome is that persistent feeling of doubt and fear that creeps in while under stress or pressure. It can show up as a fear of being exposed as a fraud in our personal or professional worlds despite true evidence of our competence and achievements. Addressing our “inner critic” and taking action to quiet our false internal narrative is crucial to maintain confidence, make sound decisions faster, and maintain a productive environment without unnecessary and false self-doubt that may be hindering performance. Krista is a high-energy speaker who lives by the mantra: LOL – “Live Out Loud” and you won’t want to miss her presentation.
